Customer Satisfaction Survey
In a continuing effort to monitor and improve our customer service, we have created the following Customer Satisfaction Survey to assist us in evaluating our performance.
If District maintenance and operations crews recently responded to a sewer related call at your address, we ask that you please take a moment to anonymously complete our survey. If you have a complaint or concern regarding your sewer service, please include your name, phone number, and address at the bottom of the survey. Our Customer Service Liaison will be sure to follow up with you as soon as possible. Thank you!
Permit Services Unit Survey
You may have recently been in contact with a Sacramento Area Sewer District and/or Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District Permit Services Unit personnel regarding Sewer Impact Fees, or a Sewer related call at your address. This service is supported by a portion of the sewer impact fees and in a continuing effort to monitor and improve our customer service, we have created a Permit Services Unit Satisfaction Survey to assist us in evaluating our performance.
