We acknowledge that this is a very difficult time for many businesses throughout the Sacramento region. To help, the Sacramento Area Sewer District and Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District are offering temporary rate relief for impacted businesses.

We are proactively implementing rate adjustments and issuing account credits for categories of businesses that we know have been impacted by local Public Health Orders related to COVID-19. These adjustments are applicable while local Public Health Orders are in effect. Local Public Health Orders were first issued on March 19, 2020. Learn more by reading our Frequently Asked Questions.

If your business has been impacted by local Public Health Orders and you would like to be considered for an account credit—or if you received an account credit but feel it should be different—please contact us by completing this form.

As further rate adjustments are authorized, we will work with our billing departments to get credits posted as quickly as possible. 

There are two ways to submit a request. Please select ONE of these two options:

  1. Use the webform below. Note that when using the web form method, you will be required to submit a separate web form request for each impacted business/parcel when making a request for multiple businesses/parcels.

  2. Click here to download an electronic request form for completion and then upload it back to us through the same link. Note that the electronic form option allows entries for multiple businesses that are located at the same parcel/property address.

In lieu of uploading the electronic form, the completed form can also be submitted by email to SanDistrictsBilling@sacsewer.com. If you need a form that allows for more business entries than allowed in the default form, email us at SanDistrictsBilling@sacsewer.com and state that you need a customized expanded form.
