Permit Services Unit - Customer Satisfaction Survey

Recently you have been in contact with a Sacramento Area Sewer District and/or Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District Permit Services Unit personnel regarding Sewer Impact Fees, or a Sewer related call at your address. This service is supported by a portion of the sewer impact fees and in a continuing effort to monitor and improve our customer service, we have created the following Permit Services Unit Satisfaction Survey to assist us in evaluating our performance.

We ask that you please take a moment to anonymously complete our survey.
