SASD is committed to ensuring the community is informed and engaged prior to, and during construction at each site. A robust public outreach program was created and is being implemented for this project which includes presentations to targeted neighborhoods and other association meetings to provide project information, as well as an established project website and information hotline. SASD has met with property owners over the last year to discuss potential impacts and receive input. As construction occurs, we will continue to work closely with property owners to inform them of activities and potential impacts.

During construction, SASD will utilize a number of communication tools to disseminate timely notification about construction activities and potential impacts. Information will be shared through direct mail or hand delivered to targeted contacts, regular email blasts and project website updates. SASD's Construction Liaison, John Walton, will be available to address questions and concerns raised by property owners in person.
