As the District is faced daily with monitoring infrastructure-related assets - such as pipes, pumps and vehicles - we also work to keep a highly skilled staff available to our customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The District is like many other agencies - we have a high percentage of employees that are nearing retirement age. Therefore, training new staff and transferring institutional knowledge is something the District is focused on accomplishing.
